What is AtletiQNet?
AtletiQNet is management and analytics software built for sports clubs and academies. Administrators manage athlete records, membership fee collection, the training schedule and attendance from a web panel, while parents and coaches use the mobile app. The Analytics System interprets camera-based athletic tests with artificial intelligence.
Which clubs is AtletiQNet for?
It is designed for small and mid-sized sports clubs and academies in any sport where athletes train in teams or groups. Prices apply to clubs with up to 500 athletes; larger clubs can contact us.
Packages and pricing
How much does it cost?
Founding club prices: AtletiQNet Club ₺7,900 / year + VAT, AtletiQNet Analytics ₺12,900 / year + VAT. Prices apply to clubs with up to 500 athletes.
Can I add the Analytics System later?
Yes. You can start with the Club Management System and add the Analytics System later; the analyses use the data you already have.
What is the difference between the two packages?
The Club Management System covers day-to-day operations. The Analytics System adds progress charts, attendance trends, team comparisons and alerts on top of it.
Use and roles
Can coaches see financial information?
Coaches do not see the club's collections or revenue. If the club uses payment tracking, a coach only sees the overdue amounts of athletes in their own groups; all other financial information is reserved for the admin panel.
How do parents access the system?
Parents use the mobile app to follow their child's membership fees, training attendance and club announcements.
Which devices does the mobile app run on?
Parents and coaches use the same app: AtletiQNet. The iOS version is available on the App Store, and the Android version is being prepared for Google Play. The app opens the parent or coach screens depending on who signs in.
How do parents sign in to the app?
The club adds the parent with their phone number. The parent downloads the app and signs in with the verification code sent to that number by SMS; no password is needed.
Can a parent follow more than one child?
Yes. A parent with several children at the same club switches between them from the More menu in the app; fees, attendance and progress are shown for the selected child.
Does someone who is both a parent and a coach need two apps?
No. They sign in with one account and switch between parent and coach mode from the menu.
Can coaches take attendance on their phone?
Yes. During training, the coach marks each athlete present, absent or excused with a single tap. Attendance appears in the panel immediately and the parents of absent athletes are notified.
How are fee reminders sent to parents?
Athletes with overdue payments are listed separately in the panel, and parents receive a payment reminder notification in the app. You can also send fee reminders in bulk by SMS or WhatsApp.
